3. Qualify for Social Housing through MSD

• There is no onsite parking available at any of our properties
• No on-site storage at any of our properties
• Security cameras are situated throughout our properties
• The tenant is responsible for all costs associated to their property eg rent, utilities, damages further information will be provided if your application is successful
• There is a visitor policy – up to a maximum of 3 visitors at one time at our properties
• Our properties are pet free environments
• There is a policy of each apartment being the principal place of residence for all tenants
• If successful, personal information about me has been collected by ACMHL from this form
• As part of tenancy and safety, photos of the tenants will be taken at Sign Up.
