A message from Helen Robinson, Manutaki – Auckland City Missioner

“I’m here today to actually talk about the impact of winter. Particularly in a reality where COVID is still in our midst. To share with you the reality that we’re seeing here where many people are struggling. Struggling because of the cold of winter, struggling because their money that they have is going to things like electricity. Struggling because they don’t have enough money for enough good kai (food).

And I’m here today to ask for your help please, so that we can respond to Auckland as Auckland is asking of us.

We can only do what we do because of your generosity.”
