Offering brand-new apartments with a rooftop community lounge and garden, HomeGround is a place where people who need a permanent, safe, and comfortable home can thrive. HomeGround has 80 apartments – 65 studio, 5 accessible studio, 10 one-bedrooms. Each is self-contained and fully furnished – down to the dinner plates and bathroom towels – and features a lounge, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, laundry and balcony.

The Mission’s services offered at HomeGround are available to every tenant. These include:

- daily kai in the community dining room,
- activities including art and poetry,
- medical services including a pharmacy,

The community will also have 24/7 support of a safety officer and concierge. There are no carparks available, and no pets allowed.

Once a HomeGround tenant has moved in, they can enjoy inner city living and be part of a welcoming community focused on wellbeing and personal growth.

Te Ao Mārama Apartments

Offering newly refreshed apartments with 24-hour security, Te Ao Mārama is a place where people who need a permanent, safe, and comfortable home can thrive. Te Ao Mārama has 60 apartments – 40 studio, 10 one-bedrooms, and 10 two-bedrooms. Each is self-contained, fully furnished and features a lounge, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and balcony. There are no carparks available, and no pets allowed.
